I called this plumbing company, spoke to the Owner ( Lenny ), to set up appt. appt. which was set for the following day . No one came, no one called, I made several calls , leaving mess, after mess. as to what happened ???? Not ONE call was ever returned to me , as to what happened to my appt . I am so very hurt , disappointed, saddened , very angry that this type of treament was displayed to a long time loyal customer , as I have known this company's owner for many years, my parent knew the owner , and never got treated like this , ever !! Never again , never again will I trust this company !!
