Excellent service. I used and met Chuck at my home in New Britain in April 09. He snaked out 3 sewer lines and worked on my toilet and the washer discharge. One of the lines was clogged for over 15 years and I couldn't use the basement sink. Another populare rooter serviceman told me I have to rip up the concrete floor to repair it. Chuck managed with a specialty snake. Saved me thousands. He is a one man operation and well worth the the investment. I am a vietnam veteran and not only did he give me a veteran's discount but also a senior citizen discount. I strongly recommend Chuck's Rooter Service in central connecticut. Thanks Chuck. Charles B
